Set the max value of the result of a measure

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to set the max value of a measure to a certain number when the sum surpasses this number.

My company has to abide by certain contact requirements for inspection work. For example, the contract says that we have to complete 68 inspections for this year. The field staff has the ability to surpass that number of inspections in the year. In power bi, every inspection is 1 row so I have created a YTD actual in a measure, seen below. My report needs to show percent complete, which if the staff has completed 75 inspections this year then the percent completed would be (75/68)*100 = 110%. However, we want to set the max value of the measure to 100%.

Below are the two measures I am using.
YTD Actual = TOTALYTD(
SUM(DataTable[Custom_Data]),
Dates[Date])

Percent Inspected = [YTD Actual]/(SUM(DataTable2[Custom_Data2]))*100

Any help would be appreciated.

@elynunez try this

Percent Inspected =
var __percent = [YTD Actual]/(SUM(DataTable2[Custom_Data2]))*100
RETURN MIN( __percent, 100 )
