Set max for y-axis scale in Radar Chart

Hi there! I'm using the Radar chart visual, and just can't find a way to fix the max value of the y-axis. This is key for me to be able to compare across data (I have a table with employees and their proficiency across 5 different skill categories, ranking 0-5). I have to be able to slice through the data, and when I do so I have 2 issues:

-the scale in the y-axis changes according to the data selected in the slicer; I need the max value to always be 5.

-the order the 5 categories dislpay also changes.

Any Ideas?

It's a little wanky, but I've created a measure called RADARMAX with the value I wanted to be my max and added to the visual as a secondary Y Axys value.

Sim;ple solution that worked for me: Go to edit chart data,  create a series 2 (new column) fill in value with your maxium scale for all rows. this will add another line to your spider chart. Now later just make the line transparent (outline = no colour)

There is a way around for this problem in Radar Chart.

My data to visualise on Radar Chart was 'Result'.

1. Remove “Result” from the Y Axis (because the last value appears at the top).
2. Create a measure called Max Result = 100 and place that on the Y Axis.
3. Re-add “Result” to the Y Axis.
4. In the Format Pane → Visual, assign a light grey color (#E6E6E6) to “Max Result.” You can also match the measure’s color to your background if you want it hidden.

Based on your question, we tried a lot of radar vision objects, unfortunately, at present there are still some limitations in trying to fix the maximum range on the radar vision object, it is dynamically changing and can not be set up by yourself, we tried to find a similar radar vision map that can help you to realize a similar effect!

This visual object is not able to do the outermost layer of 5, but still fixes the five as the boundary, I hope this alternative can help you, I hope you can understand!

One more thing, you might see extra columns on your Radar Axis. 
Go in filters pane and make your data(in my example:Result)  as "Is Not Blank"

Fixing the Y-Axis Scale:

1. Set a Fixed Maximum Value for the Y-Axis:

   • Go to the Format pane of the Radar chart visual.
   • Under the Y-Axis settings, look for the option to set the maximum value.
   • Manually set the maximum value to 5.
   • This will prevent the y-axis from dynamically adjusting based on the data selected in the slicer.

2. Ensure Consistent Order for Categories:

   • Create a Custom Sort Order:
     • In your data table, add a new column specifying the desired order of your skill categories (e.g., 1 for "Skill A", 2 for "Skill B", etc.).
     • In Power BI, go to the Data View, select the column for your skill categories, and set the Sort By Column property to your new order column.
   • This ensures that the categories display in a fixed order, regardless of slicer selection.

So, I'm using the Radar Chart 3.1.3.0 visualization

And this is what I see:

No x or y axis.

This is my graph:

As you can see, that top value is between 1 and 2, but it's on the external line (which I want to be 5).
