Helper ISet max for y-axis scale in Radar Chart

Based on your question, we tried a lot of radar vision objects, unfortunately, at present there are still some limitations in trying to fix the maximum range on the radar vision object, it is dynamically changing and can not be set up by yourself, we tried to find a similar radar vision map that can help you to realize a similar effect!This visual object is not able to do the outermost layer of 5, but still fixes the five as the boundary, I hope this alternative can help you, I hope you can understand!

To address your issues with the Radar chart visual, here’s what you can do:
Fixing the Y-Axis Scale:
Set a Fixed Maximum Value for the Y-Axis:
- Go to the Format pane of the Radar chart visual.
- Under the Y-Axis settings, look for the option to set the maximum value.
- Manually set the maximum value to 5.
- This will prevent the y-axis from dynamically adjusting based on the data selected in the slicer.
Ensure Consistent Order for Categories:
- Create a Custom Sort Order:
- In your data table, add a new column specifying the desired order of your skill categories (e.g., 1 for "Skill A", 2 for "Skill B", etc.).
- In Power BI, go to the Data View, select the column for your skill categories, and set the Sort By Column property to your new order column.
- This ensures that the categories display in a fixed order, regardless of slicer selection.
- Create a Custom Sort Order:

So, I'm using the Radar Chart 3.1.3.0 visualization
And this is what I see:
No x or y axis.
This is my graph:As you can see, that top value is between 1 and 2, but it's on the external line (which I want to be 5).
