Selectcolumns and append in same Power Query.

I have a table like this 

Group	Limit	Americas	Americas-Value	Europe	Europe-Value
A	750	80	20	25	10
B	1000	50	60	90	50

I want to transform it into

Group	Limit	RegionValue	ActualValue
A	750	80	20
B	1000	50	60
A	750	25	10
B	1000	90	50

I need a solution in a Power Query without creating a new table.
