Selectcolumns and append in same Power Query.

I have a table like this 

GroupLimitAmericasAmericas-ValueEuropeEurope-Value
A75080202510
B100050609050

I want to transform it into

GroupLimitRegionValueActualValue
A7508020
B

1000

5060
A7502510
B10009050

I need a solution in a Power Query without creating a new table.
