Relationship With Two Columns

Tylerb25_1-1689004612803.png

Hello, I am trying to create a relationship between two files so that I can show each companies' performance record. The issue is that the dataset on the right frequently mixes up the project and job numbers.

What I'd like to do is check column G and H (this is just a sample - it is actually a completely seperate file without company data) with column B. If there is a match in either, then tie Company to the project performance column. For example, W1 should pull back Company A with one project rated green and one project rated red. My overall goal is to create a dashboard sumarizing project performance by company.

Really appreciate any guidance in advance.

Simple enough, use TREATAS() with job and project to establish virtual relationship on the fly for calculation.
