Is the following possible and in that case how?

I have users that should have full access to the country they belong to and in addition access to another country, but for this additional country only be able to see a couple of columns. I found something where you can use Tabular Editor to restrict certain columns, but not sure if this will work with the use case since in that case I will restrict the column for the home country as well?

You would need a combination of RLS and OLS for that.
