Importing Share Point Dates

I'm having a problem importing dates from Share Point. I don't care about the dates with a day less. Why does this happen?

Here's how to fix the issue:

1. Expand the "FieldValueAs Text" column. This column expands the field instead of HTML, it expands it into plain text.

2. I choose the date fields and expand it for me without removing a day.

3. Change to Data Type to Date.

In principle, the problem is solved. But I don't know if this is correct or not.

Can you confirm if this is correct, and if it is not, what could be the solution?
