Publishing error

Hello, 

 

I am getting the following error when trying to publish form desktop:

 

Sorry, we encournted an error while tyring to sign you in. Details: Device Certificate wsa not found for Cert Autohirites; OU=82dbaca4-3e81-46ca-9c73-0950c1eaca97,CN=MS-organization-access,DC=windows,dc=net. 

 

Any help would be apprecieated!

Hi @Kbersani,

 

Can you sign in with your account in desktop successfully? If yes, can you sign in to service? If yes, please try to directly upload this .pbix file from service via "Get data" button to see if it works.

 

What is your desktop version?
