Wondering if PowerBI can do something that is shown in the picture? I have done this with ArcGIS but it does not allow me to add multiple points or multiple radius. For my current projects I need to know what locations have conflicting zones and having separate charts for every piece is not gonna work out.
A non-graphical answer would be to compare the sum of the radii to the Great Circle distance between two points. If the former is larger than the latter then the circles overlap.
