Hi @Maureen,

The error message "DataFormat.Error: We couldn't convert to Number" usually occurs when Power Query is trying to convert a value to a number data type, but it is not able to do so. This can happen if there are non-numeric characters in a column that is being converted to a number.

To troubleshoot this error, you can try the following steps:

  1. Check the data type of each column in your query: Make sure that each column has the correct data type assigned to it. If any columns have an incorrect data type, you can change it using the "Data Type" dropdown menu in the "Transform" tab.

  2. Check for non-numeric characters: Make sure that there are no non-numeric characters in any columns that are being converted to a number data type. You can use the "Replace Values" function in the "Transform" tab to replace any non-numeric characters with a blank or zero value.

  3. Check for null or empty values: Make sure that there are no null or empty values in any columns that are being converted to a number data type. You can use the "Replace Values" function to replace any null or empty values with a blank or zero value.

  4. Check the data source: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it is possible that the issue is with the data source itself. Check the data source for any issues that may be causing the error.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to provide more details like, for example, the .PBIX file to provide you with further troubleshooting.
