Im only posting in utter dismay... Do I really have to create a measure and add Code to fomat a Cell by Text Value.

@JonathanDavey1 , Measure based conditional formatting provides a powerful way to do conditional formatting. You can use the same measure across various visuals or columns.

As Rule/gradient-based conditional formatting has a different objective and is suitable for number type of measure.
