Power BI change background color based on the text value - SORT IT OUT!!!

Im only posting in utter dismay... Do I really have to create a measure and add Code to fomat a Cell by Text Value.

Come on seriously.

@JonathanDavey1 , Measure based conditional formatting provides a powerful way to do conditional formatting. You can use the same measure across various visuals or columns.

As Rule/gradient-based conditional formatting has a different objective and is suitable for number type of measure.

 

You can log an Idea or vote for an existing one, for something else which is needed https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/
