Hi guys,
I'd want to parameterize the file path with language M but I can't.
For example:
I have a file Excel in a folder C:\PBI\WORK so in editor I have
let
Origine = Excel.Workbook(File.Contents("C:\PBI\WORK\File_01.xlsx"), null, true),
data_Table = Origine{[Item="data",Kind="Table"]}[Data]
in
data_Table
After, I have created a parameter
Name: PathFile
Type: Text
Current value: C:\PBI\WORK
So, how can I change language M to set the parameter?
Thank you all
Solved! Go to Solution.
@giuliapiazza94 , Create an M Parameter, say path (under manage parameter, create new)
let
Origine = Excel.Workbook(File.Contents(path &"\File_01.xlsx"), null, true),
data_Table = Origine{[Item="data",Kind="Table"]}[Data]
in
data_Table
