There are some days past over since your problem occurs, are you able to sign in now?
I ever face a similar problem, I slove it by clear the cache and re-sign in.
If still not, please follow the following steps to check about this problem:
1.Have you ever sign in successfully, is this the first time you have problem loging in?
2.Please post a screenshot to let me know what’s the error message
3.Which account do you use, does it named like username@domain.com, Check if your account can sign in Power BI Service
