ODBC Gateway Error Connection

Hi guys, my scheduled refresh is constantly acting up.  It is scheduled to refresh daily running off a secondary desktop, but despite only having one gateway (standard), it is constantly getting these error messages.  What does this mean? And how to fix?

@cdawidow , This is an error, that the host link is not reachable.  Can you please check your connection details, any .net driver needed
