Hello,
I am getting the following error when I try to connect power BI using ODBC method. Can you please try to help me?
DataSource.Error: ODBC: ERROR[42000][Transoft][TSODBC][usqlsd]unknown statement (!)
Details:
DataSourceKind=Odbc
DataSourcePath=dsn=SouthWare-US
OdbcErrors=Table
Thank you for your help!
Joao
If there is no syntax error with your SQL statement, do not specify it and use the Navigator window instead.
HI, I am also facing the same issue while loading the preview of a table. I am also using ODBC connection. Could you please elaborate on the solution. What you mean by Navigator window ?
One of the columns of the data contains localized data. Is that causing issue?
Kindly help.
Hi,
I don't see the option to connect ODBC using the powerBI online version.
You can import your Power BI Desktop file into your Power BI site. See https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-service-get-data/.
