Hi Team,
I am from Data & Insights team and we have around 10 highly used powerbi reports by our customers. We are building insights for CE&S and ISD businesses. From today morning, we are not able to open PowerBI Desktop files and we are getting the below error.
Could you please fix this issue on high priority? Its blocking our development and deployments.
Thanks,
Hema Sai V

Hi @hemasaiv - This typically occurs when there is an issue with the sensitivity label applied to the file, which may be related to your organization's compliance or security policies.
1.Navigate to the cache folder (e.g., C:\Users\<your_username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop\Cache).
2.Delete the cache files and restart Power BI Desktop
3.Sign out of your Power BI Desktop and Microsoft account.
4.Sign back in to refresh your session and ensure authentication with your organization's label policies3
Share the screenshot and error details with your IT team. The issue might require a global fix on the sensitivity label's verification system.
