I have a date column where I want to divide dates into periods from 01st April and further by Week numbers in each period. Any ideas?
Based on my understanding, the number of days in each month is 28 days, except for the first month (April) and the last month (March).
Days in the last month(March) is easy to calculate, just use the total days in the period to minus the days in other months, i.e., days for March = total days - 28*(total months) - days for April.
However, how do you define the number of days in April? I notice that days in 2019/4 is different from that in 2020/4. 2019/4 takes the last Saturday, 2020/4 takes the next Saturday. So please provide more details.

@v-xiaotang - Sorry, only saw your message today.
Theer are 13 periods in total in a year.
P01 starts in April and P13 ends in March.
P02 - P12 are all 28 days (4 weeks).
I would imagine P01 and P13 balances the rest (?) - Total 53 weeks.
XX13 is last period of Year and XX01 is the first period.
XX02 to XX12 - Each 4 week periods
Does this help?
In my case, the year starts on 01st April and ends on 31st March. Apart from April and March, the rest have 28 days (4 weeks).
