Measure Average from Matrix

Team,

I need your help on getting average calculation, similar as in a Pivot Table based on the Column totals

If I add Subtotal, it will do a SUM, and not average.

Each value is composed by a measure and each row is a person name.

If I do it on an Excel  Pivot it will wor fine, but need to show it on a PBI visual, by month.

Thank you all in advance for sharing your wisdom.

This looks like a measure totals problem. Very common. See my post about it here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/DAX-Commands-and-Tips/Dealing-with-Measure-Totals/td-p/63376

Also, this Quick Measure, Measure Totals, The Final Word should get you what you need:

@Greg_Deckler
Thank you for the insights
In the beginning I had some issues, but this gave me some good insight into the calculation
I was able to solve it using this formula

AdolfoE_CR_0-1673630399141.png

AVG =
AVERAGEX(
    SUMMARIZE('RAW data','RAW data'[Month],'RAW data'[Agent Name],"_value", [Average of Monthly Expected prductivity  divided by Tickets]),[_value])
