What are is the limit for the number of points to be displayed on a map visual (standard, not ArcGIS) - for lat/long and UK postcodes?
I think it was 1,000, then 3,500 but I'm struggling to find a definitive and current answer to this question anywhere...
thanks in advance!
Susie
Solved! Go to Solution.
I've had confirmation (from @WillT ) that this is currently 3,500 but that the team are improving data limits.
thanks for input/support everyone

Hi @SusieBentley,
Could you please mark the proper answer as solution or share the answer if it's convenient for you? That will be a help to the others.
Best Regards!

Hi Susie,
According to my test, the limit of Map visual is 3500, which could be the boundary of a good performance. Maybe you could vote this idea.

Thanks Dale, this is helpful.
Have you mapped lat/long in this example? I'm working with UK postcodes which I understand may have different limits?
thanks,
Susie
Hi Susie,
Yes, I used lat/long. I'm afraid the limit is for all users. Maybe it would come up soon if you vote this idea.
Best Regards!
Dale
