Can I add more than one information related to a place in a map chart ?

i.e, number of stores, numbers of employees, revenue...

Yes, we can add more than one information related to a place in a map visual by adding all the data items to the Tooltips field.

Now I have other doubt :),

When I use lat and long to define a place its appers when a hover. I want to display the name of the place insted the long and lat. How can I do that ?

You can use the Place Name as Location, but it will require you to use Average for Longitude and Latitude.

Can I add multiples different values in a map graph ?

Ex: Numbers of stores for city, revenues for city, numbers of employees and etc
