Hi All,

I have a requirement. I have 3 regions,

AMER, APAC and EMEA and after giving the Lat and Long details, it was able to show the region highlighted in bubble.

Now my requirement is the map must be locked without zoom in or zoom out (Zoom must be disabled for the map). Can't find any solution for this.

There is no possibility. 
Only work around is to place a shape above the maps, but you loose your tooltip 😞

Actually I have the same problem.. I am trying to tight a shape with a URL to the Bubble map. I disabled zoom in and zoom out but of course if you double click or running the mouse wheel, it zooms anyway.

Any other idea on how to disable any user action?

Hi, @Sudharshan1919 

There is no such setting here, zooming helps the user get more information from the map, we can't prohibit the user from zooming unless the user doesn't need more information.
A workaround that might help is that you can disable auto-zoom and turn off the zoom buttons.
