Line Chart diplaying multiple values for Tooltip

I have a line chart 

X Axis

     Year 

     Month

Y Axis

     Total People

Legend

       Group

When I look at the tooltip. Hovering on a data point it shows every total for every group.

I tried creating my own tooltip but this only displayed the first Group and not the one I was highlighting.

I don't know how to resolve this issue at the moment. How can I only see Group A totals when I hover on the group A data point?
