AFAIK, Paginated report builder does not have sharepoint connector.
Supported data sources for Power BI paginated reports - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
You can create a Power BI dataset (semantic model) with sharepoint as a data source and publish it to Power BI service and use the semantic model as a datasource in your paginated report.
