Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing a persistent failure when trying to use the Power BI Service (specifically when attempting to create a new report and go to click "Get Data" or "Excel"). The UI fails to load correctly, and the browser console is throwing a major SyntaxError.
Region: US East 2 (wabi-us-east2-d-primary-redirect)
The specific errors from my console logs are:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token at app.cac0018b46f9a95eb1e0.bundle.js:4:51343.
GET https://wabi-us-east2-d-primary-redirect.analysis.windows.net/powerbi/resource/userPhoto/... 404 (Not Found).
The logs also indicate an attachment to the parent iframe via remote-control-libs.js:61.
Steps I have already taken with no success:
Standard page refresh (F5).
Hard refresh (Ctrl + F5).
Clearing browser cache and cookies.
Testing in Incognito mode (issue persists/does not persist).
It appears that the app.bundle.js file being served from the US-East-2 CDN is either corrupted or being interrupted, leading the browser to interpret it as an invalid token.
Is anyone else in the East US region seeing this, or is there a known service degradation for the portal assets?

Hi @ethanharris ,
Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community.
Just wanted to check if you had a chance to try the suggestion from @danextian about using a different browser or VPN.
Please let us know if it helped or if the issue still persists.
Thank you.
Have you tried using a different browser or use VPN in the meantime?
