Is there a way to return a value from a different row in calculated column?

Hello All,

My goal is to find the value in the "Key" column for every row in the "Unique Tool ID" column and return that matched rows "Date" value. The matched row can be before or after the current row in my dataset. The values currently in the "Original Date" column are my expected results. I am trying to solve for the "Original Date" column.

KeyDateUnique Tool IDOriginal Date
ID1.01/1/24ID1.01/1/2024
ID4.01/3/24ID4.11/8/2024
ID3.02/20/24ID3.02/20/2024
ID1.02/1/24ID1.11/1/2024
ID4.01/8/24ID4.01/8/2024

Thank you.
