I have a report that pulls data from a JSON API file. This API file gets updated at least once a day by a third party.
Does anyone know how I can refresh the data in my report a) manually and b) automatically?
And do I require a PRO license to do either? THANKS.

If you mean to refresh in desktop, you could click refresh button manually.
If you mean to refresh in service, you could set a schedule refresh. Pro license could support you to share contents with others.

In Feb2020 release incremental refresh is generally available. You need to check for API
