High CPU and RAM usage after REST API calls

So, this is what happens after making some 200+ REST API calls. Nothing else in the model. What is wrong? Any ideas? I've combined everything in one query and made some minor editing. Could this be the cause?

While I was writing this, the CPU usage fell off to 3-5%, Memory is still around 70%.
