Hi,
When i see my icon information in PBI desktop version, it look good.
When a user (probably with different display resolution) see the icon information, it looks not aligned with his information.
Somebody can give some troubleshotting or tips for this ?.
(I send an screen to take a look. I deleted some text, the problem is the alignment. The icon as a whole and colored boxs are Format Text Box)
Thank you

hey, @carrascojg ,
what I would do probably is to ask the user what his resolution is and design it based on user's resolution. If he uses smaller one, I would also make everything smaller with predefined exact pixels, and fit as much as possible in the least amount of pixels.

Hi @carrascojg,
I would tell the user to change browser first and let's see if that solves, as often it happens
If this helped, please consider giving kudos and mark as a solution

Hi @FBergamaschi , this is not possible this time because the user need this display resolution to work with anothers apps. Thank you
