Help with recreating excel formula

I am trying to recreate an excel table in Power Bi, I have created formulas in excel for the same table but not sure how to replicate it in Power Bi.  

My dataset records the number of times employees go out to visit customers, on some occasions 2 employees will go to visit a customer.  Although 2 employees go to visit the same customer they may go seperately and therefore may arrive at separate times, what I need to do is record where employees arrive within 5 minutes of each other.
