Insert Tool tip bar chart

Hi!

I try to create a bar chart to compare two years (blue last year, green current year).

When user set mouse over bar I want to display a pop up with 3 numbers:

- last year amount.

- current year amount

- difference in the amount between both years

If I try to configure it here:

But it doesn't work because it is repeating info:

Is there a way to create a totally custom pop up?
