Hello All,
I am trying to put together a data table for one of our managers in Power BI with the goal of having 1 line per Order. Data currently has mutliple lines. I can do the Group Rows function and get the Part Name and Qty into 1 cell, but it tend to come out looking like a blob ( AAA - 1BBB - 3CCC- 5) rather than seperating into even lines. The Part Names and Qty vary in length significantly so there is no formating that I have figured out. Any suggestions on how to get the Part Names on seperate lines in the same cell?
Current
| Order# | Part Name | Qty |
| 111111 | AAA | 1 |
| 111111 | BBB | 3 |
| 111111 | CCC | 5 |
| 222222 | BBB | 4 |
| 222222 | AAA | 2 |
| 222222 | DDD | 1 |
| 222222 | FFF | 4 |
| 333333 | BBB | 1 |
| 333333 | AAA | 1 |
Ideal
| Order# | Part Name - Qty |
| 111111 | AAA - 1 BBB - 3 CCC - 5 |
| 222222 | BBB - 4 AAA - 2 DDD - 1 FFF - 4 |
| 333333 | BBB - 1 AAA- 1 |

Hi, @Anonymous
You can try the following methods.
Column:
Part Name-Qty = [Part Name]&"-"&[Qty]
Is this the result you expect?
