Hello. I have matrix with these values on rows:

Is it possible to show only D and E values on the same level of hierarchy (side by side), like this (without D and E columns join/combination)?

You can create concatenated column of D & E and use it?

Thanks for reply, but as I had already mentioned, I need to know if there is solution "without D and E columns join/combination?.
