Group Event from time difference

Good morning everyone,
I ask you my problem, I have an events table and I would like to create an index that allows me to group events considered from the same incident.
I try to explain myself better
if I receive an event I have to create groups of events that follow one another for no more than 5 minutes, otherwise I create another group.
I am attaching the table with the prev_date and milestone columns that I would like to obtain.
can you help me? I'm going crazy
