Extract text body from record

Hello Team

I have attached my shared email box and i want body as text in column.

My bod has any data type and data is in "Record".

How to extract Record to text as record has TextBody.

I want second picture text body as text into new column.
Please help!

@Manasi25 , Try using

Click on the expand icon (two arrows) next to the "Record" column header.
Select the TextBody field from the list to expand it into a new column.
Filter rows based on the Subject:

Add a new step to filter rows where the Subject contains "Replication Delay".
Click on the filter icon in the Subject column header.
Choose Text Filters > Contains and enter "Replication Delay".
