Click on the expand icon (two arrows) next to the "Record" column header.
Select the TextBody field from the list to expand it into a new column.
Filter rows based on the Subject:Add a new step to filter rows where the Subject contains "Replication Delay".
Click on the filter icon in the Subject column header.
Choose Text Filters > Contains and enter "Replication Delay".
