Export file without data sets

Hi, 

I am using PowerBi Desktop to generate a report with local live data.

How to send out a dashboard/report without the full data sets but only the visualisations? Or I need to upload to online version for admin control?

Hi @natt,

 

You may need to publish reports to Power BI Service, then, you can share report with others. Alternatively, pin report visuals to dashboard so that you can share dashboards with others. Recipient can view reports but have no access to dataset.
