Dynamic date selection and fixed date selection

Hi guys!

I encountered the following problem.
Simultaneous dynamic selection of dates and fixed is required. The example in the picture.

Now I do it using bookmarks. I update every week manually bookmarks. I want to automate this task. Normal filters do not help me.
What would you propose as a workaround for this?

Unfortunately, in this case there is a hard peg to the dynamic slice. For example, if I selected from 05/01/2019 to 05/31/2019 and I want to click "previous month", then the data will be reset and nothing will seem.
