I am struggling to find the DateTime Tools included in the Transform data. Typically use this feature for a data refresh visual but the ribbon seems to be missing? Did anyone find it or know how to access it?
Changing the appearance to legacy has resolved the issue! Dark mode does not support this feature highlighted.

Do you have any old screenshots of what you are looking for? For Data refresh, you can use the below option
