chart with two lines: colored data label (values) per line?
Is there a way to get the data labels/value a different color for each line in my line chart?
So the red line needs red labeling, the blue one blue labeling.
Whoops - I totally mis-read that. OK, once you have your two measures in, go to the formatting and turn data labels on. Then, in Apply settings to section click one of the two measures, then you can go adjust the color for the font in Value and or the background from Background.

Yes, if you go to visual formatting -> Data Labels -> Value -> Color -> fx.
From there you can create a rule to color them based on the group columns.
You might need to apply the same condition to the line color itself to ensure it's the same.
Hope it helps!Can you help me with the rule? QAs far as I can see, I can only create a rule based on ONE of the two measures (lines in my chart). I don't see a way to make the data labels the color of the corresponding line.

Hi! Yes, just put two different measures in the values section, then you can go to the format pane and go into the Lines section, select which measure you want to color and then choose the color.
Thanks but I am not referring to the colors of the lines (already got a blue and a red one). I need the corresponding data labels (their values) to be the same color.
