JP_M_Shep, this article may help. Although it doesn't have the exact same periods as what you are looking for, the process is easily customizable to suit your needs. There is no such built-in function in Power BI now. You can vote on following similar idea and add comments in it.
Another possible workaround is to create some Label columns using DAX as this document. You need to define the label based on your definition.
