DataFormat.Error while data should be fine

Hey, I am getting this error while trying to do basic API coordinates pull from Bing following This youtube video.

"An error occurred in the ‘Query1 (2)’ query. DataFormat.Error: Xml processing failed. Either the input is invalid or it isn't supported. (Internal error: Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.)
Details:
[Binary]"

Steps I've tried to fix this:

I've created a new basic excel file as .xlsx where I wrote couple addresses to make sure that the data itself isn't corrupted anyway. I've saved this new file to dekstop to make sure it's not problem with the cloud I'm using.

I know that my key itself isnt the problem as I can manually pull test samples and it works correctly.

The relevant part of the code is here (the parts I've modified).

let
Location = (Address as text) =>
let
    Source = Xml.Tables(Web.Contents("http://dev.virtualearth.net/REST/v1/Locations?countryRegion=""FI""&addressLine="&Address&"o=xml&key=MyKeyHere")),

Any ideas where to start from?
