check if two different values have in common another value from another column

Hello that such I have a small dudda I have a table that what it does is to verify if you have a status C it gets Complete and if you have status Y it gets without receiving good to get to the point each record has a shipment id and what I'm trying to do is that if a shipment id has related a slander with value C and Y it gets partially received or if all have value C get full or if they all have value Y it will go unnuck but I can't do it and I'm stirring
