[Data view] Problem with empty table in data view

Hey guys,

I am following a tutorial to learn Power  BI but i am kinda stuck.  The last time i saved the file it was allright so i probably did something wrong but i don't know where to search.

I have a table with some categories in it. pic1.png

But when i check it in the "DATA" view it's empty and no rows appear:

It's probably very easy but i have no clue how to fix this.

Anyone got a suggestion where to look?

Thanks in advance.

@fobatai

at first look, it seemed strange but it works for me but only after I change source folder for my actual, then apply and refresh

so, my guess is you need in Power query editor mode right-click to data source name and set active "Include in report refresh". after - apply and refresh

Hi @fobatai ,

If the problem persists,you can try to create a new "Blank" Query,  then go to the old query, click on "Advanced Editor", copy everything, then go back to the Blank Query, click on Advanced Editor, and paste. finally, delete the old query and click apply.

Best Regards,
Liang

Hi @fobatai

check your data source via Power query mode

first, try Refresh preview.

Second, show right pane Query Settings for this data source, be sure there is no Filtering step
