Hi,
What I am trying to do is the following: I have made a map visual and connected table that when I click a bubble on the map the table will automatically filter the correct location/customer linked to that bubble. I also want it to work the other way around because currently it doesn't work that way. So as you can see in the screenshot below; clicking a name in the left hand table filters a random location on my map visual, while I want it to filter the correct bubble. How can I do this?
Hi @Aapuitdemouw ,
What confuses me is that the 100% shown in map visual seems to be fine. Because in the sample data you provided, all the values of the service level field are 100%. Please point out the gap in my understanding and describe your requirement further.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Henry

Hi Henry, any idea yet to what may solve my problem? 😁
Hi Henry,
For some reason in the Data tab the table was sorted on service level without showing so.
Now I sorted on customer nr and created a screenshot again so you can see that service level fluctuates.
So, when I click on a customer in the table on my dashboard I want my map visual to zoom in on that particular customer and show correct location + service level. However, it always seems to show 100% service level which obviously is not correct.
Hi, when i looked a bit closer it seems that the correct location is being depicted, however something else is not displaying correctly. Namely, as you can see in the below screenshot, it seems that the right location is being depicted but the service level in the left hand table (22,22%) does not match with the service level in the visual (100%).
Please share the sample data, if possible.
Thanks,
Arul
Hi Arul,
I would like to, but not sure how to do that though?
Just copy and paste it here in the canvas.
Thanks,
Arul
Hi Arul, any idea yet what I could try?
I tried to crop it as good as possible.
Currently, what is the result that is showing?
Thanks,
Arul
