How to create a filter group from various measures?

Hi, I would like to create a filter slicer for a page, by using existing measures.

The result should be a filter called "Days" where I can choose between 5, 14 and 30 - and that would change the other graphs on the page related to revenue and items bought.

Here is what I have to work with:

Table	Result
Measures	revenue_5days
	revenue_14days
	revenue_30days
	items_bought_5days
	items_bought_14days
	items_bought_30days
Filter	Days
	5
	14
	30

How to make this possible?
