Conditional Formatting

Hello,

We have a measure trans/HR by yyyymm looking to conditional format with arrows or colors by comparing the previous trans/hr with the current.

Everything you have done has worked well, on below how would we order the columns by PPE starting with the oldest PPE first?

Thank you it worked, a couple tweaks we are struggling with is counting the number of individuals who increased or decrease their production, also we are trying to break the month into pay periods. Thank you.

How we would change the yyyym to a pay period in other to make the logic work every two weeks and not monthly.

What's more , I didn't see any decrease in your sample data. Why you got 1 and 2?

That was just to give an example of what we are trying to do not only show the increase decrease by person by pay period but also a summary count of how many increase or decreased their production by pay period.

 

so based on the sample data on the left side, what's the correct output on the right side?
