Hello,

Could you please help me with a dax where from my calendar table, I get only data from the completed months?

At the moment I have to keep filtering only the months that complete, which is very manual and osmetimes I forget. Thanks!

If your calendar table is in import mode and you are refreshing it daily you can add a calculated column 

CurrentMonth = if(format([Date],"yyyyMM")=format(TODAY(),"yyyyMM"),1,0)

and then have a report wide filter setting this to 0.

What is your definition of "completed" ?  Is your data source in import mode? how often is it refreshed?

My calendar table is in import mode, but the fact table is direct query.

At the moment I can the metrics by month, but for the current month, I'm getting MTD, but it gives the impression we are not doing well compared to previous months. So, I had another column, which could be just true/false to flag, when the month is complete it would be really helpful. Thanks!
