Hello.
I have requirement to color code cells in the table or matrix view.
Ex:
If value is <=80 red, >80 and <=100 blue, >100 and <=120 yellow, >120 white.
How to get these color coding in power bi.
I also researched on conditional formatitng but did not get any resolution.
Please help me on this.
@Kap Currently it is not possible but if you wait for few more days there will be some option for colour coding tables / matrix in power bi desktop April update as announced at Data Insights Summit few weeks ago. I am not sure if it will allow you conditional formatting though but I have seen demo where you will have colour coding option for cells.
Other option is to use R visual in PowerBI but desktop but it is not the best solution as it is not fully supported yet plus you need to learn R for that.
I didn't see conditional formatting in that demo either - unfortunately. (Unless they surprise us)
@Kap See if this Custom Visual would work for you

Color coding for cell is only available for tables but not matrix,
also is doesn't work for cell having measure as values,
is there a way to do it please?? ![]()
